Learn more >Recently, Shenzhen Jufei Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. and Huizhou Jufei Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. jointly completed the research and industrialization of "Multi Material System Mini RGB LED Pixel Level Color Control Backlight Technology", which has passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal. According to the appraisal of the expert committee, the comprehensive technical level of the project achievements has reached the international advanced level, among which the RGB color backlight architecture achieves pixel level light color control technology, which has reached the international leading level. The scientific and technological achievement appraisal conference was organized and held by the Guangdong Optoelectronic Technology Association. An expert committee composed of Professor Chen Jun from Sun Yat sen University, Researcher Chen Changshui from South China Normal University, Professor Hu Zhengfa from Guangdong University of Technology, Professor Wen Shangsheng from South China University of Technology, and Professor Yi Qingming from Jinan University conducted a comprehensive evaluation.

This project innovatively builds an RGB color backlight architecture, achieving pixel level coordinated control of light and color, significantly improving color performance, and enabling the product to reach an advanced level in wide color gamut coverage and high contrast. In terms of core optical design, by constructing a fine optoelectronic parameter matching system, combining chip film system optimization and micro lens array design, the matching of RGB three color light emission angles is effectively improved, enhancing color purity and viewing angle uniformity. In terms of reliability, the project team has established a collaborative reinforcement system that covers chip protection, packaging stress management, solder joint formation, and system power control, ensuring that the product maintains high stability in performance and structure during rigorous environmental testing.
The project also innovatively constructed a multimodal detection and calibration system that runs through the entire production process. Through layer by layer screening and compensation technology, it significantly improves product consistency and provides a solid technical guarantee and complete quality control path for the large-scale production of RGB backlight technology.
Obtained 8 authorized invention patents and published 2 academic papers. The project results have been successfully imported into the supply chains of Korean and domestic leading enterprises, and applied to high-end Mini LED TVs and commercial display products, with significant economic benefits.
